Sorry Folks but this one angers me. This is a classic example as to why I am happy not to be in the public spot-light/scrutiny the way Vinnie and others are.
First of all, when was this taped? 5, 10 years ago? So was it prior to him following the Way? Was he aware he was being taped? Yes Vinnie looses his temper and misses the mark "like each and everyone of us". Is anyone surprised? Would anyone of us enjoy being exposed this way in our worst moments? Because he's famous, he deserves it? I don't get it... It's not fair to Vinnie and wouldn't be for anyone else either. I feel the guy posted it on his Web site as an act of revenge, since he wouldn't allow him to tape that evening...

My theory is Vinnie is forcing the guy to tape over the stuff he got caught bootlegging, thus he is not doing it without Vinnie's knowledge.

Yeah come on now, it's hi-larious. That very attitude is the same attitude that makes me love his playing.
I agree with beat hit. Like anything else, the web can be a fantastic place for connecting with the best people have to offer (like the vast majority on this board). This invasion of Vinnie's privacy is clearly on the low side of the human experience.
